? ? ? The ODS-80 pump is a fully rubber-lined single-diaphragm pump for slurry with solids <φ2.5mm, ideal for food, pharma, chemical, metallurgy, dye, and environmental raw liquid transfer. Suited for highly corrosive liquids, it’s air-driven—handling corrosive, solid-laden, viscous, volatile, toxic, and flammable fluids. Without motors, it avoids couplings and seals, reducing leaks. Air pressure drives the diaphragm to suction and discharge liquid. Flow stroke can be adjusted via air control for precise dosing.

Developed in 1995, the DN80 pneumatic single-diaphragm pump is power-free, using material weight and compressed air for transfer. Its fully sealed design prevents slurry leaks. Air pressure adjusts slurry flow for varied concentrations. Simple, low-maintenance, it mainly transports anode slurry after thickener settling and other viscous slurries in electrolytic workshops. Without rotating parts, it preserves crystals and flocs during transfer. Flow adjusts by air pressure and frequency. Maintenance requires only periodic valve and diaphragm replacement.
